Delivery Options

Lahore

Same-day delivery via Yango / inDrive. Order before the daily cutoff for same-day dispatch.

Outside Lahore

Dispatched via Pakistan Post. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.

Lahore Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed within Lahore are delivered the same day using Yango or inDrive. Delivery times may vary based on traffic and rider availability. We will contact you via phone to coordinate delivery once your order is confirmed.

Same-day delivery is available within Lahore city limits. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

Outside Lahore

Orders to addresses outside Lahore are dispatched via Pakistan Post. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination city. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

Pet Store Co is not responsible for delays caused by Pakistan Post once the parcel has been handed over to them.

Homemade Cat Food

Homemade Cat Food is available for delivery within Lahore only. We are unable to ship perishable food items outside Lahore. If you are outside Lahore and wish to order Homemade Cat Food, please contact us to discuss availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to update delivery charges at any time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. Pet Store Co is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
